Lewis County KY has created a spur off of their Quilt Trail called the Patriot Trail. All of the Barn Quilts on this trail are patriotic in nature. It is a beautiful way to honor those that have fought for our freedoms. See also, Crown of Thorns, Log CabinLC, Army Star and Navy Star. This Block was designed and painted by Dan Mcclane, a retired art teacher, from the Lewis Co school system.
